About Alpha Dog Groom Shop
We opened our first shop in February 2009. It was located behind the Soup Plantation in the Aliso Village center.
In June 2012, we moved that shop to the La Paz Center location we are currently at.
We are Appointment Based for your convenience. Cage Free, Dog friendly environment. Every effort is made to create a calm, stress free grooming experience for your precious pet. Also, capable of handling your special needs dogs.
We use Organic Botanical Shampoos with Aloe,Yucca and Oatmeal, which are better for your pet’s skin then chemical based shampoos.
Expert hair cutting, and the Furminator will reduce shedding for your double coated dogs.
We also help our community through the support of the Laguna Beach Animal shelter by offering free grooming to the shelter dogs when needed, as well as through monetary donations to that wonderful organization.

With the thought of serving even more of our local friends and the occasional tourist, in May of 2012, we purchased a second groom shop. It is located in Dana Point at the Blue Lantern Plaza.
Formerly called "Dawgy Style" it was a shop that had been operating for 10 years at that location.
Sandy, the owner, works with all our talented and caring groomers to assure that his philosophy of providing appointment based Grooming in a calm, stress free, dog friendly environment is applied at both locations.
